Return Policy - All products come with a no questions asked 30 day return policy with the exception of laptop batteries which have a 15% restocking fee and require a return authorization number to be issued prior to return to the warehouse they originated from. Customers should return other products by regular mail only to the address below and not by courier or there will be additional brokering charges on items coming from outside Canada which the customer is responsible for. Refunds are applied back to the customer's credit card less shipping.

Shipping Details - Shipping for small batteries is $7 Cdn ($7 US) and they are sent by by Canada Post or USPS. Some models are $10-$14 as indicated on the product page.
There is a $18 Fedex shipping option for orders of less than 3 pounds to major centres in Canada.
Shipping for laptop batteries is $14 Cdn ($14 US) and they are sent by courier which typically takes between 2 & 5 days depending on your location.
Only one shipping charge applies to each order - not by number of batteries ordered unless the weight is excessive in which case you will be contacted with the revised shipping cost.
