“At first, I thought the website was organized to make it easy to find what I needed. It turned out I ordered the wrong battery. I didn't know and installed it into my shaver and blew the electronics in it. I just threw it all in the garbage and bought a new shaver. It is partly my fault. I should have read the warnings on the website to check if it is the right battery first. I still think it is part of their problem. I think that if you enter a model number, you should be able to come up with the right battery for it.”
